To me ice cream is the rite to rebellion. When I build a Sundae, I want to break all the rules. I want to build an imaginary world with gobs of colour and textures. A playground for the mind. A combination of ice cream flavours and chocolates and sauces and fresh fruits and crunchy nuts and sugar sculptures.
