Everyone has their own versions of this amazingly refreshing evening drink. Mine involves a bit of spices and fresh ingredients pound together till their oils and aromas release. Then added to the boiling concoction of a tea. Its a perfectly spicy drink that warms the back of your throat. Perfect for cold, wet days when you need some tea to warm you up and curl up with your favourite book in a nice warm corner. Its magic!
This tea definitely pairs well with the apple cinnamon yogurt museli.
